The level of customer service they provide no longer exists in the business world and we are more than grateful that they still stand by and support their clients to insure they get the highest level of service possible. "What a great team. Beth and Kathy are always quick to get a claim started and resolved. Just recently had a window broken in my truck by a vandal. Stopped by and talked to Kathy. She started a claim and contacted a local auto glass repair shop they had good customer reviews from. Two hours later I had a new glass installed and all glass shards vacuumed out of the back seat and floorboards.
